A stunning gushu (ancient tree) sheng puerh from a young, up and coming, female producer in Ban Komaen, Laos who uses leaves from trees no younger than 400 years old. Rich, subtle, and well-structured all day long.
Instructions: 4g or 2 tbsp. tea, 6-8 oz. 203° water. Steep once for 15 seconds and dump this liquid. Steep again for 15 seconds and enjoy this liquid. Steep all day long and into tomorrow -- until it loses flavor -- for 1-10 seconds each time.
